Shall solicit members from among ATP members in good standing for participation on the Committee. |

Develop and maintain criteria for establishing a chapter. |

Maintain a list of all chapters.

|
Ensure the continued working relationship with chapters by supporting state and local conferences. |
|
|
|
Report to the Executive Board on the on-going status of chapters. | |

Work collaboratively with other national, regional, and state organizations and persons to in support of developing common criteria good tutorial practices. |
