The 2012 Conference Will Begin in
Exhibit Times:
Monday, March 26
- Set up 9:05 - 9:20 a.m., Exhibit 9:20 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Tuesday, March 27 - Set up 8:35 - 8:50 a.m., Exhibit 8:50 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Wednesday, March 28 - NONE. (We decided to omit
this exhibit time, as many participants leave on Tuesday evening or very
soon after brunch)

Completing the Conference Exhibitor Form

Complete
the exhibitor information sheet (see below).
You
may
have more than one person at your booth, but no conference
sessions
may
be attended by booth representatives without registration to the
conference.

Determine your option choice. Options
1-7 are offered on a first come, first served basis. These
options all include two complimentary tickets to the Keynote
Luncheon. Because more than one company
may
request the same options of 1 – 3,
Ms.
Beverlyn Grace-Odeleye, ATP Public Relations Chair
will work with you sure to find what is best for your company.
An asterisk in the options sections indicates that the materials
must be provided by the exhibitors. Ads or logos must be sent in
160-300 dpi jpeg file format by the payment deadline in order to
appear in Conference Program.

Exhibitors are required to pay conference registration to
attend sessions. You
may
register for the entire conference and come and go from your
booth or register only for the day you would like to attend
sessions. Conference registration is for one participant, so
please register all booth attendees who would like to attend the
conference. Please note that if you intend to PRESENT a session,
you must register for the conference itself for 1 day and submit
your proposal to the conference program chair,
Tracey Williams.

Meal events require ticket purchase unless the participant is
registered for the conference and those meals are included in
the registration fee. If you register for 1 day conference
attendance, any meal that day will be included in the cost for
the registered individual
except for
Wednesday
brunch which requires all attendees to purchase a ticket. If you
have additional booth representatives, meal tickets must be
purchased for their attendance to meal events.

Booths are 6 foot tables and two chairs. Self mounting
company signs
may
be displayed but must be provided by exhibitor. Please notify
Ms.
Odeleye if you need electricity and if you will need
more than one booth.

CLADEA organizations have fee waivers for advertising and two
booth attendees but still need to fill out the vendor/exhibitor
form to ensure a table reservation. Also please register for
the conference itself if you plan on attending.
