Elections

 Committee Chair: Dr. Jack Truschel

Shall be the immediate Past-President, and shall solicit members from among ATP members in good standing for participation on the Committee.

Shall receive nominations for all elected positions.

Shall receive notification for all constitutional and By-laws amendments.

Shall develop ballots and have them prepared for all votes during the conference.

Shall ensure accuracy of all vote counts by having at least three members of the Elections Committee present during the counting of all ballots.

Shall immediately post all elections results, send copies to the Secretary of the ATP, send copies to all members of the Executive Board, send notification to all candidates, make sure all ballots are archived for one year.
