Conference Deadlines & Policies
Registration & Hotel Registration
- Presenter Registration: January 15, 2019
- Early Rate Registration: January 31, 2019
- Full Conference Registration: January 31, 2019
- Hotel Reservations: February 28, 2019
Cancellation & Refund Policy
For cancellation due to personal illness or emergency, please send an explanatory email to conference@myATP.org
- Cancel before February 1, 2019: $25.00 cancellation fee
- Cancel before February 6, 2019: $50.00 fee
- Cancel after February 6, 2019: no refund; transfer fee of $5 to another person
Due to the Treasurer’s responsibilities before and during the annual conference, refunds may not be processed until after the conference closing proceedings. Any electronic refunds will be processed through a PayPal transaction to the member’s email on record. It should, theoretically, reverse the payment to the original payment account. Manual checks will be reversed to the payment originator. Please email a request or reminder to the ACTP Treasurer. It is our desire to provide the best member service possible.
